Tackle high-volume, coarse grit, metal removal and surface prep applications with this Quantum 5NQM mounted point (Oil and Gas) specifically engineered to efficiently grind the carbide matrix material of oil field drill heads. Made with a unique, engineered ceramic grain and shape, the point is designed for high-speed grinding operations. It also works well for vitrified applications of low, medium or high force. With minimal loading and heat build-up, this point offers up to 37 percent better removal rates than other ceramic points, as well as up to a 33 percent longer product life. Spindle measures 1-1/2 in length, 1/4 diameter. Max operating speed is valid to 1/2" overhang; see package insert for other overhangs. Package of 25.
