- Accu Fire universal electric ignition kit is a direct bolt on for 009 style distributors. Includes magnetic trigger disc, sensor module and hardware.
- Manufacturer Part Number: 00-9432-0, 9432, 00-9432-B
- Helps with more reliable spark and timing, and no points to wear out over time. Must be used with 3.0 ohm coil. Verify your POS+ and NEG- terminals on the coil before installation.
- Common issues installing electronic ignitions are: wiring it backwards, or leaving the ignition on with the engine off overnight. Both of these will cause the module to stop operating normally.
- Fits 12 volt 009 style distributors used in VW Type 1 Beetle, for Karmann Ghia, for VW Type 2 Bus, Type 3, Thing, and for VW-based dune buggy, sand rail, baja bug and rail buggy. 00-9432-0
